Six interactive dynamic classes for women who require a mental and mind reset post the covid environment where it is ok to care about themselves and put themselves first. This encourages women to develop and amplify their existing strengths in their organisation. By supporting their talent to push boundaries, build resilience, and improve their confidence. This creates a desire to succeed at whatever they choose in their professional and personal lives.

Time and Investment required 

    • This programme is completed online in 6 sessions of 90 minutes over 6 weeks with workbooks to support the programme as a group. Plus, three one-to-one mentoring sessions. The first is 60 minutes in duration, and two and three are one-to-one meetings lasting 30 minutes.
    • Total investment is NZ $1,290.00 plus GST per person
    • The course will run with 6-8 people for a personalised programme.
    • Overseas participants are welcome. We operate in a New Zealand time zone, and the course is charged in New Zealand dollars.
